SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

SATURDAY, April 4, 2009
(Registration and set up on Friday, April 3, 2009)
ALL EXHIBITS MUST MEET ISEF REGULATIONS

Friday Schedule

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Registration and setup - Patriot Center

1.	Check-in at registration desk.
2.	Verify the location of your project before you bring your exhibit into the building.
3.	Set up the exhibit.
4.	Have setup checked by Display and Safety Committee.
5.	After your setup is approved, pizza will be available for you and your family.

Saturday Schedule

7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.		Judges Check in.
8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.		Exhibitors Report to Projects NO OTHER SET UP WILL BE DONE AT THIS TIME
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.		Judges Interview Exhibitors for Category Award and Special Awards
1:00 p.m.		Announcement of Best of Fair Nominees - Return to your Exhibits
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.		Judges Interview Best of Fair Nominees
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.		Exhibits Open to Public
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m		Exhibitors Dismantle Projects
5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.		Awards Ceremony: Patriot Center

All projects must be removed from the Patriot Center by 5 p.m. Finalists Must Attend the Award Ceremony to Receive Their Awards! Only Exhibitors & Judges Will be Allowed in the Exhibit Area During Judging

Lunch Will be Provided for Each Exhibitor
